Make & Take: Shoe Rack

Skills Covered:  Keep your entryway organized and clutter-free with a custom back door shoe rack in this guided Make & Take class at Hometown Woodshop! You’ll build a sturdy, practical rack designed to neatly store everyday footwear while adding a clean, handcrafted touch to your space. Perfect for mudrooms, garages, or back hallways, this project is designed for beginners and weekend makers alike. As you work, you’ll learn essential woodworking techniques in a fun and approachable setting, and leave with a functional piece that helps keep your home tidy and welcoming.

Class Size: Limited to 10 students per class.  Minimum age 18 years old.

Class FAQ:

• Students will have access to all tools required for this class, all materials will be provided.
• Taking note is a good thing, along with sketches, so bring a notebook and pencil.
• You'll be in a working shop, so dress expecting to get some sawdust on your clothing, with no dangling clothing or jewelry. 
• Plan to attend all classes, we do not offer make-up sessions at this point or refunds for missed classes.
• If you need to cancel, you must notify us before class starts. You will receive credit towards another class or time.  Once the class has started no refunds or credit will be given.
